BREAKING NEWS: 16th May, 2025 & Update June 25th

Snetterton, 16th May, testing for the BRSCC Supersport Endurance Round 3

Unfortunately Julian's car suffered a catastrophic suspension failure at over 100mph, resulting in a head on collision into a tyre wall at 60mph. Julian's car sustained catastrophic damage and will take several months to rebuild. Julian himself was taken hospital with suspected spinal injury (a major concern given his previous spinal injury in 2011) but was released following scans and tests. Whilst he suffered no major injuries, the impact has led to severe pain at the site of his original spinal injury in his lower back, for which he's undergoing physio.

It's unlikely Julian will race again this season while both he and the car are repaired. He will return though, stronger, fitter and faster than before!!

UPDATE: June 25th

Julian continues to improve although still is not yet fit enough to race. His car is currently undergoing extensive rebuild that requires structural repairs to the roll-cage. We hope to be out on track testing by the end of the season.
